Working Remotely with a VPN Configuration?
Aiera's development team has just deployed some changes to the live audio configuration that are meant to resolve any VPN/firewall issues blocking audio from coming through.

For restricted networks, we now have what is called a relay server, which is included in this link above. So as long as EP can communicate with that server, then the live audio should work well. Once the changes are configured on your side, each end user can refresh and try to play live audio again.
